Delivery, Return, Exchange and Cancellation Terms

Your requests for returns, exchanges, and cancellations regarding the products you have purchased are evaluated within the framework of the "Product Return and Product Exchange Procedure" determined in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related regulations, in order to avoid inconveniencing our valued customers.
We kindly request that you follow this procedure to ensure your satisfaction.
Below is information regarding how the procedure works.


PRODUCT DELIVERY TERMS
The product ordered will be scheduled for shipment or delivery on the same day after bank approval is received. Your artworks will be shipped domestically/internationally within a maximum of 5 (five) business days. For customers located within Istanbul, artworks are delivered by our own vehicle . If the consumer does not report any damage and/or defects upon delivery, the product is considered to have been delivered undamaged and complete. Simurg Sanatevi is not responsible for any subsequent damage and/or defects to the product that the consumer has accepted as undamaged and complete.

PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
The consumer may return the purchased product within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, in its packaging, complete and with all accessories, if any, without specifying a reason for return. The consumer is obliged to inform the system about the return process. Used, opened, or damaged products cannot be returned.

Products to be returned must be delivered undamaged and complete, along with the product invoice, box, packaging, and any standard accessories, and securely packaged to prevent further damage. Return requests will not be accepted if any of these are missing.

Once the product is returned to us along with its invoice in accordance with the return conditions and sales agreement, a refund will be processed to the account you used for bank transfer/EFT within 3 business days. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed to your credit card within 4 business days of receiving the product and invoice. However, in this case, the refund to you is at the discretion of the bank that issued the credit card, and our company bears no responsibility in this regard.

Returns are not accepted for international purchases.

To ensure your artwork reaches you safely and undamaged, Simurg Art House offers a secure packaging service using special wooden boxes. While this service represents a significant expense for our business, Simurg Art House provides it free of charge as part of its commitment to quality service, and the costs associated with this service are not reflected in your order price. However, for returns, this service cost, which represents a loss for our business, will be passed on to the customer. For returns via courier, packaging and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.

Products not delivered to us undamaged and complete, along with the invoice, box, packaging, and any standard accessories, will be returned to the consumer. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Products requested for exchange can be exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, provided that they are unused, undamaged and their resale value is not compromised, and the reason for the exchange must be stated. In order to make a product exchange, the invoice for the product or the product exchange card issued by the company for that product must be presented.

Products requested for exchange must be delivered undamaged and complete, including the product box, packaging, and any standard accessories. If any of these are missing, the exchange cannot be processed.

Product exchanges are not available for international purchases.

For exchanges via cargo, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, and cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.

Products returned to us unused, undamaged, and in a condition that does not impair their resale value, and products for which an invoice or exchange card has not been presented, will be returned to the consumer. The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs in this case.

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION TERMS
If your paid order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. To do this, you need to inform us about your canceled order before you receive an email notification that your order has been shipped.

You cannot cancel your online order if it has already been shipped.

If you wish to cancel only one or more items from your order, and not the entire order, you can send an email to info@simurgsanatevi.com to request item cancellation. Your online order cancellation will be processed by us as soon as possible, and you will be informed of the refund process via email.
